Tree removal close to structure in West Ocean City, MD

This pine had been allowed to grow right next to the structure for many years prior to our customer purchasing the home. What you cannot see in this picture is the powerlines that had to be coordinated with Delmarva Power for disconnect, so that the tree could be removed safely. There are times equipment just is not able to reach the tree, so it is important to have a licensed tree climber.
